Position Type: Community Education/Cub Care Date Posted: 7/30/2024 Location: Sibley East Elementary Date Available: 08/26/2024 Sibley East Community Education offers child care before and after school (ages 3-12) to the community. Position Summary: A Child Care Aide works with the Child Care Coordinator to facilitate a stimulating and developmentally appropriate environment which promotes social growth and self-esteem after school hours. Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older. Current first aid and CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain. Reliable attendance is required. All additional trainings will be provided. Must pass a background check. Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to build quality relationships with children, parents and staff. Maintain the confidentiality of all information regarding students. Perform duties within a structured daily schedule and with an awareness of all program standard operating practices and requirements.
