Vixxo Kansas is seeking a full-time Sourcing Coordinator to be based in our Colwich, KS office. THE ROLE: The Sourcing Coordinator supports strategic operations by collecting, analyzing, and managing data to provide key insights for actionable improvements to the organization.This role will support various work teams and projects within the organization. It will mostly work with the supply chain team, suppliers, and internal operations team on client account(s). It will require some relationships with other functions, lines of business and third-party suppliers. TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source local vendors and coordinating vendor performance management.
  • Collect, analyze, and manage data to provide key insights for actionable improvements to the organization.
  • Process, extract, and query data from various systems, across the globe to help make decisions.
  • Perform as an individual contributor and will not have direct management responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales background (direct client interaction).
  • Contract experience.
  • Any past trade experience a plus.
  • IT skills including Excel, database management, presentations and ability to use key technology (Teams, Outlook, Power BI, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and an understanding of multiple business processes.
