Salary:
AEA Members: 5.5% of the Base Salary in accordance with the AEA Negotiated Agreement
Non-AEA Members: 5.5% of the base salary on the Non-degreed Certificated Salary Schedule
Qualifications:
* Experience coaching the applicable sport at a freshman level or higher
* Must possess a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport
* Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, and students

The successful applicant must have the following requirements on file prior to start:
* Appropriate and valid Pupil Activity Permit
* Favorable State and Federal background checks
* Negative Drug Screen
Employees must follow all board policies, all state, and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set up by the Ohio Department of Education. Subject to all applicable laws, essential job functions of this position include the employee being punctual and capable of completing all of the duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
The successful candidate must maintain the training requirements of the Pupil Activity Permit and complete any Vector/Safe Schools courses as recommended and assigned by the Athletic Director.
