Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for being positive while greeting customers and and giving the best customer service to win the hearts of our community.
- Customer Service Sales will be assisting customers find products and services that will give them a solution to their needs.
- Training will be a consistent part of all sales positions, so that there is constant and never ending learning environment.
- Merchandising and service standards will be done as an all store team without boundaries.
- Encouraging our customers to take advantage of the rewards program by informing them about the benefits and building long term relationships
- Protect customer information per company policy and State law
- Maintain confidentiality
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ad Set, Price Changes, Replenishment, Housekeeping, Inventory counts
- Use equipment properly and with care
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to work various shifts as required including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Continuous training and development on products and services, through hands on and online trainings.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail, customer service or other work environment involving contact with the public.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis.
- Ability to spend up to 100% of his/her working time standing or moving around the store. Physical activities include lifting merchandise, bending, stooping, and reaching on a frequent basis
- Adherence to Company policy and procedures is required.
- Regular attendance is required.
