Admissions DirectorTurn your job into a career with EmpRes!Job SummaryHillsboro Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for an Admissions Director to manage the facility's inquiry and admission process and provide customers with community-related information via facility tours, personal visits/assessments, conversations, and follow-up. The Admissions Director also implements effective sales and marketing programs for the community.Essential Functions:Assist in coordinating the admission of each new resident, ensuring the resident's room is ready before they arrive and communicating with all departments to prepare for the new admission.Market to hospitals in the area.Conduct facility tours and ensure the interior of the facility is tour-ready and presents well to visitors at all times.Assist in the resident admission orientation program and provide residents with an admission information packet.Review and explain to each new resident (and/or resident's family) facility room rates, billing procedures, visitor/guest privileges, restrictions, and resident care procedures.Maintain an accurate record of available beds and a resident waiting list.Education, Licensure, & Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Two years of experience interacting and working with hospital-based clinicians (physicians, nurses, discharge planners, and social workers).Two years' experience in an outside sales and marketing role, with demonstrated experience in making sales calls to healthcare professionals.Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.Some weekend days required.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, problem-solving, conflict management, and budgeting.Computer proficient.Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills to all customers.Benefit Highlights:Private Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental, Vision).UKG Wallet - Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow!Life Insurance.Employee Assistance Program.Training & Development Opportunities.We strive to embody and stand for both a spirit and value system that encourages loyalty, honesty, and a commitment to caring from our belief that people are always the number one priority.Hillsboro Health and Rehabilitation Center1778 NE Cornell Road, Hillsboro, OR 97124, USAEmpRes Operated by Evergreen is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
