How You'll Make a Difference
You will be responsible for supporting the operational aspects of PMI's learning programs, ensuring efficient processes and workflows for the delivery of live and digital learning solutions. Managing the logistics, resources, and operational support needed to execute critical projects, initiatives, and ongoing programs effectively. Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring to the Role
* Bachelor's degree in project management, operations, business, education, or a related field preferred but not required.
* PMI credential in project management strongly preferred.
* 7+ years of experience in learning operations, logistics, or a related field, preferably within a professional education context required.
* Proven experience in managing operational aspects of large-scale learning or training programs.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and teams.
* Experience with vendor management and negotiation.
* Proficiency in learning management systems and operational tools used for learning delivery.
* Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive operational improvements.
