This team is a strategic partner within the bustling Sales and Service Teams at Serra TC, collaborating to ensure the needs of our customers are met in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.

What's it like to be a Serra TC Business Development Center Associate?
As a BDC Associate, you will work closely with the Sales and Service Teams to be the front-line contact for answer incoming calls, direct customers questions to the correct department, and scheduling appointments for our Service departments. This is an entry level position with growth potential.

What are the job qualifications and opportunities?
