About the Role - We are seeking a talented Buyer that will analyze our sell through and act upon that and help out our senior buyer with running reports and analyzing the data.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing sell-through data on Fashion Sales
- Running sell through on current styles and working with marketing team for promotion and sales.
- Monitoring inventory level.
- Responsible for efficient purchasing of inventory.
- Prepare and processing purchase orders.
- Run replenishment report and create weekly restocks.
- Manage inventory between locations and act accordingly.
- Inventory audit.
- Prepare monthly reports and reviews forecast of purchasing commitments.
- Schedule and verifying purchase deliveries.
Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities:
- Manage and document the shipment and receipt of all products,
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics driver, inside employees, and management involved in the shipment and receipt of products
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves and counting accurately
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Creative problem solver.
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative environments, taking initiative to drive projects forward
- Strong aptitude for partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and enhance organizational effectiveness
- Skilled in developing, planning, presenting, and executing strategic initiatives that align with business objectives
