**Job Title: General Laborer**

**Job Description**

Join our team as a General Laborer on a 125MW (phase 2) solar energy project in Eldorado, IL. This role involves a variety of tasks including racking, installing modules, tear downs, and quality control. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful completion of our project.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform racking and installation of solar modules.

+ Assist with tear downs and quality control.

+ Utilize hand tools and power tools for various tasks.

+ Work with concrete and perform carpentry tasks as needed.

+ Measure and assemble components accurately.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience working as a laborer.

+ Experience working on a construction site or in an outdoor setting.

+ Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.

+ Safety-conscious and aware of safety protocols.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

+ Skills in concrete work, carpentry, and general construction.

+ Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
