Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Manager at LocalSTR in Brooklyn, New York, with some flexibility for remote work. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing bookings, overseeing accounts, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams, and ensuring the highest level of service for our clients and guests.

Qualifications

• Reservation Management, Accounting, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in property management or hospitality industry
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in property management software and financial tracking tools
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Knowledge of rental regulations and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
