Huntington Coach CorporationA supervisor is responsible for the management of workflow throughout the operations department by managing other members of the team. The purpose of this position is to optimize daily activities and performance of the business across the board. Their main duties include helping manage daily operations, helping implement policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels, and building an enjoyable company culture.Responsibility Profile:*
Supervise day to day operations of the business, drivers, attendants, and other personnel, as necessary.* Assist the business and manager in planning, organizing, and routing of routes.* Maintain updated crew sheets, top sheets, left and rights, and various other paperwork, as necessary.* Dispatch various shifts by handing out paperwork and communicating that shifts information.* Have computer experience. Especially with Microsoft Excel.* Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance.* Must be flexible.* Excellent communication skills.* Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications* Two (2) years of transportation management experience.* One (1) year of supervisory experience.* High school diploma.Starting Annual Salary: $62,400.00Beacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
