We are currently hiring Customer Service & Community Outreach Representatives to join our Louisville office. Our client is in need to expand our AT&T campaign that provides local communities with an opportunity to stay connected to one another, their families, and job opportunities by using accessible and affordable communication tools. The main objective of the Customer Service & Community Outreach Representative is to qualify and enroll potential prospects and assist them through the sign-up process.
The Customer Service & Community Outreach Representative will communicate and work with local community members directly, qualify them for the available products, and explain the value and impact these peace of mind products can have. In addition, they are responsible for generating interest and excitement and helping connect the customer to AT&T products and services. We are looking for a passionate, caring individual that can build quick, genuine relationships and has a strong desire to join a company where they can make a difference both in the office and in our local communities.
