Job Description: Assistant Manager - Full TimeLocation: 655, Marion, OH, 43302We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and staff supervision.Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and profitability goals
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Assist with merchandising and visual displays
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
