Order Management Business Analyst RemoteContract US Citizen Only Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management Process Optimization : Analyze and document the end-to-end order lifecycle, from order creation to fulfillment and invoicing. Identify areas of improvement, and recommend solutions to streamline processes.
- System & Data Analysis : Work with internal systems (ERP, CRM, OMS, etc.) to track, monitor, and troubleshoot order-related issues. Ensure data integrity, and identify discrepancies that may impact operations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with sales, customer service, supply chain, and IT teams to resolve order issues, improve process efficiency, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Reporting and KPI Tracking : Develop and maintain reports to track key performance metrics such as order accuracy, fulfillment times, and customer satisfaction. Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Change Management : Collaborate with stakeholders to support system upgrades or process changes, including training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Business Requirements Gathering : Collect, document, and analyze business requirements for process enhancements or new system implementations in the order management domain.
- Customer Service Support : Assist in resolving complex order management issues, ensuring that orders are processed accurately, on time, and in accordance with customer expectations.
- Process Documentation : Create and maintain detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for order management processes.
- Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives that lead to increased efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar business analyst or order management role.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
