Job Description InGenesis is currently seeking Computer Operator to work with our client in Brooklyn, NY. In this role, you will be working in the NYS DDSO Business Office. Job Duties •Vendor outreach and communications via phone and Outlook •Prepare RFQ documents and addendums via Microsoft Word and Adobe Pro •Receive incoming quotes/proposals •Assess submitted quotes/proposals for arithmetic errors and correct prevailing wages •Process vendor responsibility checks •Prepare procurement records •Procurement project tracking via Microsoft Excel •Maintain project retention via filing •Possible misc. administrative tasks Preferred Qualifications •Excellent writing and communication abilities are preferred •Should be a self-starter, outgoing and team-oriented •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must •Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. is a mandatory component of the assignment •Reliability, and time and attendance are critical •Ability to meet required timelines and prioritize duties to meet those timelines *Pay rate range commensurate on experience.
