Job Description :

The Finance Clerk is responsible for providing efficient and accurate financial and administrative services in order to support our organization's operations. This role includes data entry, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and other assigned tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is able to work independently and within a team. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Data entry of financial documents
  • Prepare accounts receivable invoices and accounts payable vouchers
  • Process payments and deposits
  • File claims
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist with financial and budget reports
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Answer inquiries from internal and external customers
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance preferred
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and laws
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Experiance Sandata, Wellsky, Quickbooks Online
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
