Job Description :
As Warehouse Operator you are responsible for general warehousing activities including inventory management, preparing and completing orders for delivery and receiving shipments and other materials. Your Tasks and Responsibilities (including but not limited to:
  • Warehousing and inventory management activities according to relevant procedures
      • Pickup shipments from and prepare shipments for various departments according to schedule.
      • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship, etc.).
      • Receive shipments and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, etc.).
      • Operate warehouse equipment and vehicles.
      • Fill and sign all required documents related sending and receiving parcels.
      • Perform inventory control.
      • Communicate with other departments.
      • Assist the shipping and kit building team with related activities upon need.
      • Ensure workplace safety and preserve a safe and clean work environment in the entire warehouse (shelves, pallets area, workstation, loading dock, etc.).
      • Assist the kit building team upon need.
    • Quality control, quality assurance and training according to relevant procedures:
      • Work in accordance with the relevant procedures, NEN and ISO standards and requirements.
      • Perform quality control on packed kits and shipments.
      • Notify the team lead or member of the management team of any deviations from procedures, incorrect materials or any other technical issue.
      • Keep up to date records.
      • Perform any other task related to the job (e.g. provide training to colleagues, file documents, etc.) requested by the Supervisor or their delegate.
Your Background
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (writing, reading and spoken).
  • Team player
  • Goal driven, capable of coping with deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work shifts (day and evening/night) is a plus
  • Independent, responsible, flexible
  • Able to operate forklift and warehouse equipment
  • Able to lift weights of up to 15kg / 33lbs.
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work shifts (day and night) is a plus
  • Knowledge of the quality system and GCLP, GMP, GDP is considered a plus
