As a content producer, you will plan and develop content to support enterprise and business objectives. In this role you will be responsible for writing consumer-facing content for our membership company's website (GuardianWell), our Group wellness benefits website (GuardianWell), and our new consumer and financial professional-facing well-being app (GuardianWell-being). Additionally, a quarter of your time will be dedicated to writing and content production to support our Individual Markets Team. You will work closely with peers across the company to align on content themes and own production of content from ideation to distribution. This job requires someone who can think and write creatively, primarily for a B2C audience, while also managing their own priorities and deadlines and building business relationships. This position reports to the brand and IM content lead on the Enterprise Content Team.
You areFirst and foremost, you are a writer. You're a creative team player who has the ability to identify interesting angles for content in all formats. You must be comfortable with articles and other content formats, such as storyboarding for videos, and you must be flexible in topics of writing. Knowledge of wellness topics and app writing experience are a plus. You should be organized and collaborative and able to adapt to change. You are a good communicator and able to work with multiple senior business partners.
You have - Excellent writing and editing skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in consumer content creation.
- Experience writing for web, apps, and email. Wellness content experience preferred.
- Knowledge of creating content for different channels and audiences.
- Storytelling instincts and video storyboarding/conceptualizing experience.
- Organizational skills and you can be held accountable for your own deadlines.
- A positive attitude and flexibility in a team where things often change and continuously develop.
- Technical abilities to pick up new tech quickly.
- Familiarity with Associated Press style of writing.
- Great interpersonal skills and relationship building.
You will- Create content across Guardian's GuardianWell and GuardianWell-being content ecosystem.
- Drive content throughout the review cycle including partnering with SME and compliance counterparts.
- Coordinate content across businesses and internally on our team to promote effectively in social media, email, web, etc.
- Ideate on and track the team's main content themes.
- Represent the brand by adopting our brand style for all consumer-facing content.
- Review content for brand tone and consistency.
- Create content calendars for guardianwell.com and GuardianWell-being.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for GuardianWell and Well-being strategy.
Location- This role is hybrid with 2 days weekly in our Hudson Yards NYC Location
Salary RangeThe salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
