Onsite Deployment Technician

A criminal justice employer is seeking two Deployment Technicians to join their team in Rocky Hill, CT. These positions are open due to a PC refresh project where they will be deploying 500+ new machines to staff in various locations across the state. The Deployment Technician will be involved in imaging and configuring the machines. They will follow the step by step instructions provided to ensure all devices are set up the same way. They will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise throughout this process. Once all the machines are provisioned, they will be paired up with another team member to utilize a company vehicle and travel to various office locations across Connecticut to distribute the machines. They will work 1:1 with employees and consultants to ensure access to the new devices, and help troubleshoot any set-up issues. At times this resource may assist the help desk with answering phones and assigning tickets as needed.
