Marsh is seeking candidates for an junior placement broker position (HYBRID) position in New York.

* Utilizing Marsh Wrap-Up technologies, you will be responsible for accurate data input, insurer claims data, insurer audit systems, wrap-up Project Insurance Manual, and basic contractor insurance pricing

We will count on you to:
* Runs analytics and evaluates clients' insurance programs to better serve clients.
* Cultivates a thorough understanding of insurance markets to better serve clients.
* Assists more senior Placement colleagues during negotiations with insurance carriers by securing and comparing submissions, under close supervision.
* Prepares proposal components for more senior Placement colleagues to win new business and opportunities.
What you need to have:
* Bachelor's degree
* Must obtain P&C License within 90 days of hire
* 1+ years of professional work experience/internship
* Computer Savvy, including MS Office (Word, Excel)

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $51,600 to $110,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
