Salary is up to $80k-$100k based on experience. Responsibilities:
- Facilitates and manages all facets of recruiting effort, from job postings, sourcing/screening, offer negotiation, etc., all while maintaining commitment to speed, quality of hire, and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Develops and executes recruiting and sourcing strategies with hiring manager and maintains effective and proactive communication to keep all stakeholders informed throughout process.
- Ensure ATS is populated with up-to-date information at all times and masters and leverages all required tools such as LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.
- Ensures compliance with EEO/AAP throughout entire process.
- Work directly with hiring managers to assess the needs of their team and collaborate in creating job descriptions.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting
- Pharmaceutical recruiting experience is a plus.
- proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Must have experience with the ATS iCims.
- Have the ability and compliance with HR recruiting processes and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
