What you'll do:
* Work closely with students, either 1:1 or across entire classrooms
* Build rapport and trust with the children in your care
* Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment
* Support resource teacher(s) in deliver IEP's (individual education plans)
* Follow direction from, and assist lead educators

* Providing you your very own designated Scoot consultant - most of our consultants used to be educators so they can advise based on their experience
* Doing 1:1 check-ins and discussing school feedback with you, positive and constructive

Application requirements:
* Associate or Bachelor's degree, or 48+ college credits
* Three References with one by a previous direct supervisor
* Background Check (we'll cover the cost of this!)
* TB risk assessment within 90 days
You'll stand out if you have:
* Experience working in K-12 schools
* Spent time in special education settings
* Any SpEd-specific training
* ABA experience (applied behavior analysis)
