We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Forklift, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.

Chery Equipment Group is actively hiring for a Business Operations Assistant to join our Sales & Marketing Department. The Business Operations Assistant should have experience in a sales environment and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely pickups
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork; including obtaining missing customer information
• Use software (such as Excel, ERP, WMS ) and statical analysis to make weekly and monthly sales reports
• Build brand awareness by posting on various social media accounts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in the use of office software, such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite
• Experience in ERP, WMS, and Salesforce
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Experience in Social Media Marketing

Pay: $20-$22
