The ideal candidate will have prior production experience, great attendance and will be a team player which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Line OperatorShift: 1st Shift, 7AM-5:30PM (Monday-Thursday)Location: Swannanoa, North Carolina Pay Rate: $15 an hourWhat's the Job?
- Perform manual operations such as line feeder, filling, labeling, packing, capping, palletizing, sealing, and inspecting.
- Perform quality inspections during production and immediately report any non-standard issues to the Production Manager and Quality team members.
- Follows instructions and document accurate calculations for completing batch documentation.
- Maintain a safe work area and observe all company safety regulations and procedures, including wearing all required personal protective equipment; report any safety issue to appropriate personnel.
