About the Company - This Nationwide Firm is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager in the Austin Region ASAP as the role is deemed Mission Critical. This individual will be the leader for a $100 million dollar project in Austin, TX, and will need to coordinate across multiple different teams and departments to ensure timely communication as well as project management.

About the Role - Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Manage on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain effective communication with clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Address and resolve project-related issues promptly. Maintain project logs and documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Monitor project costs and manage change orders.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
  • Preferred Background with Heavy Industrial Projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with a team
  • Bluebeam and ProCore Certified

Pay range and compensation package - $160,000-$185,000, *Special Considerations due to prior experience are allowed*
