Equitable Advisors is looking for a team member to work closely on key items that support daily practice operations on a part-time basis- 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
· Client relationship management
· Record keeping
· Client communication and interaction- email, phone, mail and in person
· Application support, service requests and follow up as necessary
· Draft reports, illustrations, and other client related documents
· Team collaboration on daily, weekly, and quarterly tasks
· Marketing for client seminars, client appreciation events
· Compliance- follow policies and procedures
· Technology- Microsoft Office Suites
· New business processing to a high degree of accuracy
Requirements:
· Dependable, organized with the ability to multi-task while prioritizing projects
· Positive and friendly with strong customer service skills
· Flexibility to pivot priorities or schedules throughout the day
· Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites with the ability to learn new technology quickly
Preferred:
· Experience and knowledge of financial services industry's rules and regulations
