With more than 40 employees and projects ranging from single sign installations to hundreds of signs at a single location, we design, manufacture and install custom signage for our clients throughout Colorado.

Position Summary:

We are actively looking for an Installer that is eager to learn and grow along with our team. This position involves installation and maintenance of custom designed signs including pylon signs, monument signs, digital displays (EMCs), and many others.

This position is an awesome opportunity to learn new skills and use cool equipment. We are willing to train the right people, with the right mindset, in all the skills listed below. Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $23-$40 per hour depending on experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with basic tasks such as carrying materials, setting up equipment, and cleaning work areas.

Have knowledge of hand tools, power tools and other common construction equipment.

The ability to read and understand blueprints, plans, and drawings.

Basic construction skills such as measuring, cutting, drilling and fastening materials.

Adhere to all safety requirements including using appropriate PPE.

Assist in the handling, storage, loading and unloading of materials needed for each project.

Assist in installing signs, their related components and perform basic construction tasks as directed.

Must be comfortable working at extreme heights in all weather conditions.

Opportunities for night shift work which includes night shift differential pay

Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

At least 6 months general construction knowledge

Background with concrete/welding/electrical/assembly is preferred

Valid driver's license

OSHA 10 – preferred

Forklift experience – preferred but not necessary

Welding experience – preferred but not necessary

Scissor lift/boom lift – preferred but not necessary

Crane NCCCO – preferred but not necessary

CDL – preferred but not necessary

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and move.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing 80+ pounds.
• Must be able to lift, squat, bend, kneel, reach, pull and push heavy items.
• Must be able to safely use a ladder.
• Must be able to work outdoors in conditions from -10F-100F depending on the time of year.
