Position Type: Contract-to-Hire (6-12 months)
Our client is seeking a Production Manager to oversee 50 to 100 personnel during the 2nd shift operations. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining safety and quality standards, and fostering a productive team environment.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, organize, and manage daily production.
- Supervise and lead production staff to meet goals.
- Ensure production meets quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Optimize resources to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams.
- Monitor and manage production budgets and costs.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in consumer electronics manufacturing operations or a similar field.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong customer-facing abilities and excellent communication skills.
