SRP (Salt River Project) is seeking an initiative-taking, exceptionally skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter, to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the absolute best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline with diversity. We are seeking someone with full cycle recruiting expertise.
This exceptional Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, will be a true consultant and advisor to the business, guiding them throughout the process, educating them on the talent market and industry trends, providing solutions, and proactively identifying future hiring needs.
You will be an expert at attracting candidates using various sources, such as social media networks, company databases, employee, and network referrals, as well as recommending other various industry tools and methods.
Initiate, drive, and manage various talent acquisition related projects. Be the point person ensuring immediate and future successes.

**Based at our Tempe headquarters, with a requirement to be on-site at least two days a week**
Responsibilities
Education
Completion of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for this assignment.

Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona. We are taking steps to protect the health and well-being of all team members, and by following a number of health and safety protocols, to reduce the risk of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
