Function as company liaison to dealers and design and architectural firms. Coordinates and facilitates internally project team to maintain and adhere to project timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing Engineering Drawings for accuracy prior to fabrication.
- Ensure all revisions have been captured and change orders issued for modifications to the original order.
- Coordinate and communicate project scope to internal team.
- Create and implement project timeline reflecting critical milestone dates.
- Provide timely updates to client through detailed correspondence and communication.
- Assist with prioritizing Drafting and Engineering schedules.
- Request and submit material samples.
- Submit shop drawings for approval.
- Review all changes reflected in redlined shop drawings and provide change orders where applicable.
- Review project progress with team on a regular basis and advise client of any changes or needed adjustment.
- Coordinate installation with dealer and/or contracted installation company.
- Confirm site readiness and delivery schedule.
- Facilitate needed shipping via common carrier or non-dedicated truck.
- Address punch list items.
- Point person for any future warranty items.
- Customer advocate within company to continuously raise customer issues to resolve.
- Inform internal departments when they are falling behind schedule.
- Keep customer ship dates in front of all involved.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of project management experience in cross functional team setting.
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints and drawings
A starting compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 annually. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium.
