A luxury home textiles manufacturer company is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis in DTLA.

Responsibilities:

  • Getting quotes in areas such as construction, real restate, interior design, and photography!
  • Manage daily office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Assist with budget management and expense tracking
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and external partners
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and databases
  • Support event planning and logistics
  • Handle correspondence and communication
  • Provide general administrative support to management
