The Company: Work on leasing and other real estate matters for this well-regarded developer in Montgomery County. They have projects throughout the DC/VA/MD area. Positive culture--the GC is happy for the people who have left (one relocated and another got a not-to-be-missed opportunity elsewhere), but is now looking for a confident right-hand-person who can take on work and run things.

The Role:

• Development, management, and operations of real estate portfolio.
• Mixed-use developments--retail and office leasing (no warehouse).
• The role includes negotiation, drafting, etc.
• OPEN TO PART TIME, but typically a 40 hour work week (emergencies are rare). This is an in-office group.

Your Qualifications:

• Prefer 5+ years of experience, but some flexibility.
• Licensed in Maryland, DC, or Virginia.
• Comfortable working independently on leasing matters.
• Experience with either retail or office leasing.
