Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Must have 3-5 years of project management experience with engineering, construction management, or precast operations knowledge. A college degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred; comparable work experience may be considered.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 is preferred; ACI or PCI certifications are a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Must be able to read blueprints; proficiency with MS Suite, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Blue Beam. Experience with Procore is a plus.
  • Excellent Communicator: We value tactful and effective communication with team members, customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: A task-oriented, organized person with high standards to handle all project management details. Ability to prioritize tasks and monitor all the facets of the plan.
  • Analytical & Problem-solver: Someone who collects information and reviews plans with a critical eye; can resolve problems by developing alternate solutions.
  • Active: Ability to walk around job sites, multiple flights of stairs, occasionally climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate & monitor project plans through all the steps to completion
  • Manage & schedule all fieldwork with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Track & monitor project-related costs and invoicing
  • Be the main point of contact for customers and communicate back to internal teams & departments
  • Assess & mitigate risk levels in the field to keep everyone safe
  • Process contracts, purchase orders, and change management control documentation
