She needs companionship, shower assistance, incontinence care, meal prep, and light housekeeping. This role requires a reliable caregiver with their own vehicle who can drive the client to social activities and errands. - Companionship for dementia client
- Mobility assistance
- Incontinence care
- Assistance with showering

Qualifications:
- A love for the senior community
- A compassionate and upbeat attitude
- Strong commitment to reliability and ethical behavior
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
- Dedication to professional development
- A minimum of 1-year experience in care giving for seniors
- Ability to lift 30-40 pounds
- Possess a Valid Driver's License, access to reliable transportation, Valid Auto Insurance and a good driving record
- Possess a State ID, and a valid second form of ID, such as a Social Security Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate
- Eligible to work in the United States for any employer
- Pass a background check and drug testing per company standards
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Our Caregivers are responsible for providing hands-on, non-medical, quality care to clients of Collaborative Home Care.
- Caregivers provide care based on the plan of care for their clients, which includes activities of daily living such as personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, medication reminders)
- Companion care (e.g. conversation, hobbies and activities, shopping).
- Caregivers must be able to work with minimal supervision, accepting personal responsibility for the maintenance of a professional relationship with the client in accordance with Collaborative Home Care policies and standards.
