Acts as first point of contact for on-boarding. Provides administrative duties that support the day-to-day functions and strategic initiatives of the organization. Ensure that new hires successfully complete all background checks to ensure the competency of staff to delliver patient care of the highest quality. Qualifications Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience working in a staffing or human resources department
- HS diploma required, Bachelor degree preferred
- Program coordination, facilitation and training experience preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Software and other databases
