We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team! Green Rack Contracting, a subsidiary of Civic Renewables private equity-backed provider, is growing fast and we are looking for someone with 5+ years of logistics warehouse experience. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations and functions of the warehouse that includes receiving, stocking, inventory control, shipping and order fulfillment.Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage all warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory control, preparing trucks and order fulfillment)Oversee and develop warehouse personnelCommunicate with senior management and team regarding warehouse operationsKeep a clean and safe working environmentFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulationsSkills and Qualifications: 5+ years of logistics warehouse experienceExperience with NetSuite is highly desirableStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to lift 70 lbs repeatedlyForklift experienceValid Driver's License and clean driving recordMust be willing to complete a background checkEligible to work in the U.S.Pay & Benefits: Pay: $50,000-$65,000A full benefits package is included: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with employer match, PTO and paid holidays.
