**Job Title:** Physician **Job Specialty:** Obstetrics and Gynecology **Job Duration:** 13 months **Shift:** Day - 5x8 - 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM **Guaranteed Hours:** 40 Hours Per Week **Experience:** Open **License:** Board Certification Required **Certifications:** - Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) **Must-Have:** - Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology - Ability to handle both low and high-risk pregnancies - Proficient in Fetal Heart Rate interpretation and routine deliveries **Job Description:** - Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecological care, including office visits and floor patient management. - Perform gynecological surgeries as needed within the department, including open and laparoscopic procedures. - Manage up to 30 patient encounters per shift - Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds and related diagnostic procedures. - Handle routine and complicated deliveries, including breech, multiple births, and VBACs. - Make informed decisions related to C-sections and manage delivery complications like abruptions. - Conduct office procedures such as IUD insertion, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP. - Participate in ongoing training and certification as necessary to maintain skills in both minor and major surgical gynecology. - Work collaboratively with staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
