Job Description ***Drug screen & background check will be requiredSeeking a Reliability Technician with 2+ years of experience in reliability or maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems, along with industrial networking expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues within a seed processing manufacturing facility, as well as maintaining and updating equipment. Additionally, you will play a key role in deploying machine software, providing user support, troubleshooting issues, and tracking resolutions. Success in this position will require self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively document problems and solutions.EDUCATION Technical background preferred (2-4 year technical degree) or equivalent experience.SKILLS 2+ years of experience in reliability or maintenance functions. Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge. Familiarity with industrial networking. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills. Ability to document issues and resolutions effectively.RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and repair technical problems within a seed processing manufacturing facility. Maintain and update equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the deployment of machine software and provide user support. Troubleshoot issues efficiently and track them to resolution.
