$1000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time!!Join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Team as a Behavioral Health Technician, working part-time to provide support for families of children, teens and young adults, age 3 to 21, who struggle with mental and behavioral health challenges. This is a great opportunity for those looking to enter the growing field of Behavior Health. We provide extensive training- no experience required, just a willingness to learn and grow!What We Offer:

What You Offer:
  • High School Diploma Required
    • Preferred, but NOT Required:
      • 40-Hour RBT Task List TraIning OR
      • Minimum of TWO years' experience in the provision of Behavioral Health Services OR
      • Certification as a BCaBA OR Behavioral Health Certification/Behavioral Analysis Certification
  • Ability to work after school and evening hours
  • Willingness and interest in being trained as a Behavior Technician
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to perform the physical requirement of the job description, with or without accommodation
What You'll Do:
  • Work with youth and their families/caregivers in the home, community and school setting
  • Lend support to the family/caregiver and/or school staff while modeling and teaching skills
  • Collaborate with treatment team members and other professionals working in the home and community
  • Work under the Behavior Consultant delivering strategies to change behavior and address treatment plan goals
