Our team has over three decades of experience delivering excellence and thought leadership to clients. What We Are Looking For We're looking for a Finance Associate to join our global cloud team. As a Finance Associate at Sela, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our US business and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the global finance team to oversee the financial operations of the US business • Coordinate statutory and regulatory processes with external CPA firms • Manage billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable • Work closely with senior leadership to manage budgets and generate financial reports • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports • Support month-end and year-end close processes • Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles and practices • Experience with financial reporting and budgeting • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bonus points for:
