JOB DETAILS The Content Coordinator is responsible for writing, reviewing, and updating content across various platforms to ensure consistency and quality. This role involves conducting thorough research to support content development and staying updated with industry trends. Additionally, the Content Coordinator will create engaging multimedia content such as images, vides, and infographics, to enhance the overall marketing strategy. Preferred Requirements

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Management: Write, review, edit, and update content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, catalogs, miscellaneous collateral, social media, and similar platforms. Conduct research and interviews on industry-related topics to learn about current trends, developments, and perceptions, then contextualize findings. Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation: Design and develop compelling visual content for a variety of purposes, including customer stories, internal announcements, promotional materials, product marketing, campaigns, training and other enterprise-wide initiatives. Produce engaging graphics for both digital and print media, including marketing collateral, social media assets, and web content. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences. Multimedia Content Development: Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training, and other enterprise-wide projects. Brand Management: Align content and visualization in compliance with all brand initiatives, trademarks, and patents. Maintain and continuously update the company's brand aesthetics, both internally and externally. This includes reviewing, updating, and maintaining the company's visual representation in all aspects of design, including typography, composition, and color. Collaboration & Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems. Identify customer needs and recommend new topics; suggest new ways to promote company offerings and reach consumers. Other duties may be assigned
