POSITION: Load FormerREPORTS TO: Corrugator Supervisor Perks of Pratt? Eligible for insurance benefits within ONE Month of hire. 3 Months: Paid holidays, and 401k with partial match 6 Months: PAID vacation days JOB SUMMARY: Follow all company safety guidelines. Ability to read production sheets Quickly identify a quality defect and communicate immediately to machine operators. Quality checks using micrometer, tape measure, etc. Able to read a tape measure up to 1/16 variance All units have an accurate load tag and the appearance meets plant's requirements Basic Computer Skills (Data Entry) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to add, subtract, & multiply Able to work extended work hours and weekends, as needed Self-motivated Able to work in varying temperatures Professional Attitude & conduct Performs other job-related duties as assigned HS Diploma or GED Pass background check, drug screen, and physical Pratt is America's 5th largest corrugated packaging company and the world's largest, privately-held 100% recycled paper and packaging company, with more than 10,000 highly-skilled, green-collar employees dedicated to the environment and sustainability.
