We provide the equipment necessary to support any efforts, from tieback drills, top drive rotary drills, and service cranes to crane-mounted drill rigs, low overhead drill rigs, and rotator drilling systems.Notable projects that Company has worked on include the California High Speed Rail, Fresno CA, Purple Line 2 and 3 MTA Stations in Los Angeles, the LAX Metro Connector, Union Market Street MTA Station, Transbay in San Francisco, Hudson Yards, Henry Hudson Bridge, East Side Access in New York, and the Southwest Green Line in Minneapolis.DESCRIPTION:As a Vice President of Operations at Company, reporting to the President, you will have the opportunity to:Manage between two to four site Project Managers and their site teams.Be directly involved in managing project construction activities with site Project Managers and make improvements where needed.Assist in managing job cost analysis on all projects with site Project Managers to ensure profitability and identify improvements.Assist with estimating East Coast bids, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.Communicate effectively with site Project Managers and assist them with subcontractors, vendors, and joint venture partners.Coordinate efforts of all parties involved in projects, including the owner, architect, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or similar.20 or more years' experience in Drilled Shaft installation/construction.15 or more years' experience functioning as the responsible project manager.5 or more years' experience functioning as the responsible estimator.Experience in construction of Cast-in-drilled-hole (CIDH) Piles (2' dia. to 10' dia.), Support of Excavation systems, including vertical soldier piles and bracing elements (tieback anchors, internal bracing elements, etc.), Micro and/or Mini-piles, and other below-grade foundation systems.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Company builds extraordinary projects, and we need exceptional talent.
