Director, Operations Finance, FP&A and Reporting

Job Summary:
Reporting to the SVP of Operations Finance, the Director, Operations Finance, FP&A and Reporting provides financial support, guidance, and leadership to the Operations teams and collaborates closely with Regional Finance teams, i.e., Commercial & Global Brand holder and HQ to meet all reporting and analysis requirements.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Budget/forecast and actuals preparation for Operations regional cost centers; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial information; advising department heads on the collection and analysis of data. Monthly update meetings to identify trends and issues and determine solutions.
- Manage and communicate all timelines & deadlines for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to all stakeholders. Manage and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and analysis for ME, ADC, and Regional Operations Overheads.
- Develop monthly Operations Financial Risk and Opportunities for pre-reviews and finalization before submission.
- Manage monthly, quarterly POSM forecasting and analysis, working with S&OP teams and Brand Holder teams to improve the quality and accuracy of data.
- Manage BPC submission of actuals, forecasts, budgets.
- Manage regional reporting requirements including Headcount reporting for total Operations, P&L data reporting for cash flow projection; HOSEI supporting materials developments.
- Manage DSI reporting, working closely with the region and Operations team to build targets and report actuals.
- Participate in ad hoc studies, projects and provides financial support and analysis as required, i.e., financial restatements; analytical support to SAI.
- Develop detailed Operations Finance Planning of deliverables based on Regional and HQ calendar.
- Prepare the month-end close calendar assigning specific deadlines for pre-reviews of the results before submissions.
- Operations Scorecard reporting.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- BA/BS in finance, business or related discipline.
- 6-8 years of FP&A experience. Beauty industry and Operations preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP and BPC preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Results oriented, acts with a sense of urgency.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
- Must be proficient and have a strong working knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
