DescriptionThe Department of Medicine is seeking to hire an experienced Administrative Officer 4 to lead and manage the full scope of administrative operations for an academic or non-academic unit. This role includes responsibility for finance, human resources, IT, facilities, and student services, along with strategic planning to achieve the department's mission and goals. The position oversees complex budget management, resource allocation, and program development across multi-disciplinary teams and facilities, which may include labs, fundraising, and grant administration.
