Our unique service supports facilities to ensure enhanced quality of life for our patients.Position Details:We are seeking a dedicated support professional to join our Specialty Provider Division within Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment process for our Specilaity positions, helping to organize and optimize the most out of our facilities. This role is integral in supporting the Talent Acquisition department in the recruitment of specialty providers that support our client facilities.Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain an up-to-date list of facilities in surrounding areas to support recruitment efforts and talent pipeline development.
- Partner with the Business Development team to identify and source new facilities and expand our network for talent acquisition opportunities.
- Categorize facilities by type, specialty, and location to streamline recruitment efforts and ensure the appropriate facility is engaged for each position
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that all specialty recruitment needs are aligned with the available facilities and their capabilities
- Track and report on the number and type of facilities involved in recruitment efforts for specialty roles, providing data and insights to the Talent Acquisition team and leadership
- Manage a map of all Specialty facilities that are in recruitment, understanding travel times, distances, schedules and frequency of facility visits for potential candidates.
- Update the Specialty position facilities in our CRM based on the status of the Talent Acquisition search.
- Follow our Escalation process to ensure that positions are being advertised appropriately and in a timely manner on job boards and with our agency partners, coordinating with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Primary Care.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Sheets
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS - Greenhouse) preferred
- Excellent customer service ability
- Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to learn and grow in the field
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
