- 7 pm-7:30 am

- BLS
- 4 units
- The facility has a mix of long-term, short term and dementia.
- No trachs or vents.
- Acuity level depends on admissions and the current resident medical status.
- Head-to-toe assessment, ER transfers in collaboration with medical providers, admission, and order second checks.
