Job Summary:
The Communications Associate will work closely with our team members to drive enterprise-wide employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in copywriting, digital content creation, and working in a team environment. The Communications Associate will help maintain ADA regulations throughout our content library, conduct research for the editorial calendar, and assist with the drafting and editing of written content. They will also meet with key stakeholders and functional managers inside and outside human resources to help progress the content development process.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or Marketing or related field and one year of relevant work experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years or more of relevant work experience preferred. Familiarity with various digital content platforms, writer or editor experience, and a published content portfolio preferred..
Work Days:
Monday-Friday, days
