Job DescriptionInforce Operations Administrative Processor will serve our customers and business partners through the administration of traditional, universal and variable universal life insurance contracts.Your role and impactHere's a glimpse of your responsibilities and the meaningful impact you'll create as the Inforce Operations Administrative Processor:
  • Processing administrative transactions using multiple systems
  • Communicating with agents and policyholders via letter, email and telephone
  • Training, monitoring, researching and problem solving
  • Working with team members to complete all work within time service specifications

  • Above average written and oral communication skills, including strong letter writing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Above average math aptitude and analytical ability
  • Strong keyboarding/data entry skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • College-level business courses or the equivalent in work experience
  • LOMA 281 and 291 must be completed within six months of hire
  • LOMA Associate Customer Service (ACS) designation within two years of hire
  • Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 6 certification to process requests for registered products
