- Processing administrative transactions using multiple systems
- Communicating with agents and policyholders via letter, email and telephone
- Training, monitoring, researching and problem solving

- Above average written and oral communication skills, including strong letter writing skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Above average math aptitude and analytical ability
- Strong keyboarding/data entry skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- College-level business courses or the equivalent in work experience
- LOMA 281 and 291 must be completed within six months of hire
- LOMA Associate Customer Service (ACS) designation within two years of hire
- Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 6 certification to process requests for registered products
