Job Description
Title: Superintendent Level II
Department: New York Operations
Reports To: Superintendent, Senior Superintendent and/or Project Manager by project
Knowledge
* General understanding of the site safety plan
* General knowledge of OSHA, NYCDOB and FDNY regulations
* General knowledge of Local Law 196
* Understand LEED material requirements
Skills
* Participate in foreman meetings for trade specific topics
* Understands the layout of the jobsite
* Involved with PTP/JHA meetings, review, collect and file
* Collect and review daily huddles
* Involved with or runs IIF committee meetings
* Perform quality DBO2's weekly
* Review and ensure correct material is delivered to jobsite
* Understands plans, specs and contracts in order to to manage specific specialty partners on site
* Responsibility for maintaining permit log and posting permits
* Understands Exhibit A's for trade specific work
* Understands both general project schedule and trade specific schedules
* Tracks manpower on the job
* Assist in reviewing change order scope and schedule impacts
* Understand inspections, track and closeout NCR's
* Assistant Superintendent on the job with close out process including punch list
Ability
Exhibits leadership skills
Able to communicate and interact with internal project team and external specialty partners
Able to read and understand a task specific logistic plan
Ability to understand ROJ log and develop material storage plans based on ROJ
Able to assist in writing exhibit A's
Able to understand project Site Safety Plan
Able to recognize risks and hazards on the jobsite

Salary Range: 80,000-88,000
The above salary range represents Hunter Roberts's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is one part of the total rewards Hunter Roberts provides to employees.
